MONARC uses a CAD process to carve precision false joints, delineations and cuts into the precast panels, creating accuracy and contrast beyond the boundaries of traditional cast in methods. MONARC’s routing tools allow architects and designers to engrave a logo, text or other predesigned details with pinpoint laser precision.

5mm increments of diamond blades cut perfect lines, stripes, bands or full surface finishes to provide unique aesthetic appeal. Spacing modules are available up from 1mm.
MONARC’s tough milling heads in either V, U or Square profiles create false joints, rebate details, bandings and delineations. MONARC mills may be cut to any predefined angles and lengths.
20mm Ø & 35mm Ø routing tools via CAD 2004 DXF files grind away intricate names, brands, logos, patterns and designs.
